Buy And Sell Coins At The Pawn Shop Or Numis Network!

This is a common question asked by many people. A pawn shop is not a high end purchaser or seller. They buy at a price so they can sell at a discount and still make a profit. They buy or pawn mostly used merchandise. Gold and silver being a good part of there business. Numis Network on the other hand sells MS70 grade gold and silver collectible coins. These are true assets that will never lose there value. There is really no comparison between the two businesses other than the name gold and silver.

Take an MS70 graded coin into a pawn shop and ask what they will give you for it. You have just paid $100.00 for it from Numis Network. They will offer you between $50.00 and $75.00 for it. A lot of pawn shops sell there merchandise on Ebay. This is where they will look it up for current pricing. They see it is selling between $100.00-$150.00 so they figure a $100.00 value to them. They subtract there profit and offer you the difference. They are not ripping you of they are making a living.

Next you ask the pawn dealer how much he will sell you a MS70 graded silver coin for. He will call a reputable coin dealer and get a price ad a profit and shipping and sell you a coin for between $125.00 and $150.00. He does not buy in volume, therefore not a very good price. Pawn shops are not ripping there customers of they are a low volume, high markup business. A good pawn shop will have about a 5-10% loss on non sell-able merchandise.

The local coin dealer will probably give a little better pricing but they will be very similar in the end to a pawn shop. Mostly because of volume, pricing will not be good. These shops do deal mostly in money but there turnover is small in comparison. Also you have to know who you are dealing with. A lot of the dealers are pretty slick so be careful.

On the other hand Numis Network is the only network marketing company dealing in MS70 grade silver and gold coins. They only buy in tremendous bulk direct from government mints. These 1oz silver coins are sold as a monthly auto-ship for $100.00, at the time of this writing, or on an individual basis. As these assets are collected why would you want to get rid of them anyhow. Some people actually resell them on Ebay. If you do need to sell them a large coin dealer would give you a fair price. The value is directly related to the price of the metal and the condition and rarity. On average one coin every 10yrs will have a big increase in collector value.

So what is a “New Generation Network Marketer”? Why the name you ask? WE truly believe that Network Marketing is one of the best ways for the average person to build a profitable business. It is one of the best ways to FIRE YOUR BOSS and leave the JOB(which probably doesn’t bring you joy). It is one of the best ways to help you to achieve your dreams and goals(whether it be to travel, be a missionary, give to your church or simply just be a blessing to others). It is one of the best ways to live everyday as if its Friday!(You know most of us go to work on Monday counting down the days until Friday!”Is it Friday yet?Yeah! Only two more days to go!” Sound familiar?) It is one of the best ways to pay off debts and to get rid of money as an issue.

So knowing this most people join their Network Marketing business and do what their upline tell them to do. Make a list of friends and family. Call the list. Come to the meetings with guests(well most times alone) and try attending all the events. Most even buy some leads and do some cold calling but most times they are hung up on or people think they are trying to give them a JOB. We did these things and we did them half heartedly because we knew in our hearts there had to be a better way. And we knew that there were others out there that felt the same way. These ways of doing the business didn’t work for us. They didn’t fit who we were. We were simply tired of trying to use the old, outdated ways of building a Network Marketing business(which netted us no more than a $40 check over a 2 year period). So we put our businesses on hold continuing to work my JOB.

While the business was on hold we searched and searched looking for those that felt the same way we did about old generation ways in Network Marketing. Looking for those that had success in a different way. Then one day we found some mentors whose story was very similar to our and how they were able to change their business using the internet. A lightbulb went off! We had finally found what we were looking for. What we were praying for! The way that we wanted to build our Network Marketing Businesses: The Internet! Not our upline’s way, not our sponsor’s way, but OUR WAY! A NEW WAY!Our passion re-ignited for our businesses! Do you have an Internet work at home business that is not performing at the level you feel it should be? Many times you need to make a few minor changes to see any major results. Here are a few ideas on how you can improve your Internet business and make it more effective.

1. Install Google analytics to all pages on your site. This is a fantastic traffic tool provided by Google for free. It’s easy to set up and you do want to put it on every web page you have to get an accurate picture of where your traffic is coming from and what it’s doing when it arrives to your site.

2. Do you have enough traffic on a daily basis? Many Internet marketers spend a lot of time tweaking their website when in reality they need to be improving the number of visitors they get every day.

Most Internet businesses fail because they do not get enough quality traffic to their website. No matter how good your sales copy is, or how good your product is, you cannot improve your business if you are not getting enough meaningful traffic to it.

3. Is your website easy to navigate? Many websites are built with one idea in mind. Then over a period of time new pages are added which means more pages for your visitor to find.

After awhile the site is not laid out in a manner that is user-friendly. Often times the focus of a website is lost as well. Many times just making minor changes to how a person navigates themselves around your site can make a big difference in your business.

4. Do you have a lead capture form above the fold? This should be installed where it’s easy for a person to see.

You should be giving away something of value in exchange for your website visitors contact information. Building a mailing list from your traffic every day is an important improvement that all Internet businesses can do a better job at.

5. Is your website monetized with pay per click ads, cost per action programs, and products to sell. Your goal is to get as many positive responses from your website visitors as you possibly can.

The best way to do this is to offer more choices to them. Different things will appeal to different people and more options means more positive responses.

Feeling Like A Fraud?

Carolyn Myss says that every time you take action to grow, the very next thing to occur is self-sabotage. Every single time! I don’t know about you, but that doesn’t add to my willingness to move forward. Yet moving forward I must, so let’s take this self-sabotage thing on straight away.

For me it’s that feeling of being a fraud. Every time I decide to play bigger and put myself out there to serve more, I hear that voice inside say, “I wouldn’t do that, they’re going to find you out!”

Ali Brown calls it the “Success Fraud Complex” or the “Imposter Phenomenon”. Boy was I relieved when I saw that I wasn’t the only woman experiencing this phenomenon that quite literally stops me in my tracks.

Dr. Margaret Chan, the Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the world’s most powerful health official was widely praised for her handling of the bird flu epidemic. Even though her ability, conviction, and good judgment saved countless lives, Dr. Chan discounted her native smarts—and the opportunity to promote herself—attributing it all to luck.”

If the DG of the WHO thinks her success is attributed to luck, do I even stand a chance??? Of course I do and so do you!

When it comes down to it this complex, or phenomenon is just another way our old behaviors and limiting beliefs hold us back to maintain the status quo in their attempt to protect us from what they consider to be potentially disastrous consequences.

Let me explain. For me this feeling of being a fraud comes from my fear of losing my connection with my Self. When I think of growing professionally and reaching more and more women with my message, I get scared that I won’t be able to maintain the intimacy of working with women in small groups and that I will have to do it the way the big gurus do on stage with hundreds, sometimes even thousands of people in their audience.

Now although I would love to touch that many women and make that kind of difference, at this stage in my game, that is way too big for me and I feel overwhelmed, anxious and scared. So my defense mechanism jumps in and on a subconscious level I self-sabotage in the form of these fraudulent feelings. Make sense? As long as I allow my Self to yield to the inner dialogue telling me I am a fraud, I stay put, stay small and deny my Self another opportunity to fulfill my purpose.

THAT is not who I am and not why I’m here. And it certainly isn’t in alignment with what I teach my clients! So if I’m going to lead by example and expect my clients to play big, than it’s time for a conversation with my Self so I can move through this obstacle.

Your Assignment

Whether you have your own business, you work for someone else or you are still searching for your dream career, playing big and stretching beyond your comfort zone is part of the game.

If you are experiencing feelings of being a fraud or an imposter, you will need to find out where that is coming from and squelch it! So you can move past it, move forward and make the impact you (and I) know you are here to make.

1. Grab Your Journal! By now you know I am a huge fan of journaling. There is no better way to gain access to your Inner Wisdom than to sit down, get quiet and have a conversation with her. So begin by asking, “What am I afraid of?” Another good place to start is “What is the worst thing that could happen?” Keep writing and stay curious. Leave all judgment out the door and trust what is revealed to you.

2. Create Safety ~ Through your journaling you will gain clarity about that fear which is holding you back. In order to move forward, you must create a safe space to take action and move ahead. For me it looked like this: “As long as I stay connected to my Inner Wisdom and maintain a level of intimacy with the women I serve that feels good for us all, everything will be OK and I can continue to grow.”

3. Take Action ~ Now that you have a safe space to grow in, it’s time to take action. Go back to your conversation with your Inner Wisdom and find out what your best next step is to move you closer to your goal. Then take it!

4. Remember Why You Are Here ~ When I think of all the women I have served and all those yet to come, I remember that this is bigger than me. I am a messenger, a servant, a Spiritual reminder. My purpose is to share the wisdom that I have been blessed with so that others may do the same. It’s the proverbial ripple effect.

So who am I, who are YOU, to interrupt that process because of some silly voice in our heads feeding us fruitless excuses why we can’t? No Way! Not on my watch! You are way bigger than that and so am I.

So . . . kick that fraud to the curb and go out there and make your mark on the world!

Working With Diabetes – Tips for Success!

Gestational diabetes is usually a temporary condition that only occurs in pregnant women because her body does not make enough insulin to compensate for the needs of the baby. Since symptoms are usually absent or extremely mild, pregnant women are routinely screened for excess amounts of sugar in the blood.

Diabetics should constantly work to avoid dehydration. There are many things to keep in mind to prevent from getting dehydrated. Such things to keep in mind are: avoid beverages filled with caffeine, drink plenty of water when exercising and drink 1 ounce of water for every 2.5 pounds of your body weight. Working to keep yourself hydrated keeps you healthy as a diabetic and as an individual.

If you have been diagnosed with Diabetes – keep a diet diary! This is a handy tool! A diary will allow you to track what and how much you are eating. It will also help you detect a pattern you may have for a certain craving at a particular time of the day. You will be able to see which foods cause your blood glucose level to spike. Perhaps you can make some tasty alternatives that will not have such an effect on your Diabetes? Doing so will help you to avoid any unnecessary headaches.

Diabetics should consider adding prickly pear cactus to their diet. Some studies have shown that prickly pear cactus helps to strengthen the liver and pancreas. This can have a positive effect on insulin absorption. You can find prickly pear cactus as a vegetable, or in juice form, at most health food stores.

When you have diabetes, there are times it may be easier to take a shot or pop a pill then to get moving. The truth is that along with a healthy diet, exercise is one of the best things you can do to take care of your body if you live with diabetes.

Diabetes

To have sustainable success in managing diabetes remember that steady begets steady. Diabetes is dangerous due to extreme swings in blood sugar levels. These can be avoided with regular meals and exercise. It also means avoiding extreme diets. The lack of one particular food group for a few weeks might mean rapid weight loss, but it might also be starving your internal organs of something they need.

Manage your blood glucose sugars with an added sense of urgency if you have been diagnosed with diabetic eye disease. Studies have shown that closely monitored glucose levels can slow the progression and worsening of eye disease over time. This is important even if you have been diagnosed with mild to moderate diabetes.

Diabetic Symptoms

If you have diabetes, it is important that you include a certain amount of carbs in your diet. Diets that do not have carbohydrates or small amounts of it can cause a diabetic not to get the vitamins and nutrients that they need in order to control their diabetic symptoms.

Eating lots of fiber, offsets carbohydrates, as well as, sugars found in your system, which helps to maintain a healthy blood sugar level. Fiber can be found in many grains, vegetables, fruits and other foods. A healthy blood sugar level helps prevent diabetes and also, helps offset diabetic symptoms after you are already diagnosed. Make sure you have plenty of fiber in your diet.

Diabetes In Children

Most diabetes in children is causes from drinking cows milk.
If you are the parent of a child who is experiencing symptoms of diabetes, it is important that you bring them to a doctor immediately. Getting a child treated for diabetes at an early age can prevent them from getting serious health complications. Signs of diabetes in children include excessive thirst, wetting themselves frequently, and frequent respiratory infections.

If the initial screening is positive for high blood sugar, a second screening is ordered by the physician. This test checks how well insulin is metabolizing ingested sugar over a three hour period. The condition can usually be treated through diet and moderate exercise. Complications can arise, so women with gestational diabetes are closely monitored.
